If you need to make any changes to your order, please email {care@mysurunaturals.com) within 2 hours of making your purchase.
• Cancel COD or PREPAID orders within 24 hours by emailing care@mysurunaturals.com.
• Prepaid Orders incur Rs 100 cancellation fee; COD orders lose reward points equal to Rs 100.
• Orders can’t be cancelled once dispatched.
• If orders are cancelled due to over 30 working days stock unavailability, full refunds are issued.
• Cancellation requests are processed exclusively via email within 24 hours of order placement.

Report damaged products within 24 hours for replacement or refund
• Returns not covered for damages due to negligence, incorrect application, allergies, fragrance/color dislikes.

1. A clear picture of the damaged item(s).
2. A quick explanation of the damage.
We will happily replace damaged orders free of charge.

Yes. Essential oils are used within dermal limits and allergen levels (calculated as per IFRA standards) are well under the set forth percentage.
We use a combination of essential oils that provide natural fragrance, and do not use any artificial fragrances. Since these are natural essential oils, the fragrance may wither away or vary over time, but it doesn’t affect the efficacy of the products.
The natural color may change over time but it doesn’t affect the efficacy of the product.
Shelf life is 18 months from manufacturing and 6 months from opening. However, please refer to shelf life of the product mentioned in the product page or on the packaging of the product. The shelf life mentioned on the product packaging is the final shelf life of the product.
Yes. A few good washes with soap and warm water will take the greasiness of the products normally away. Dry them well and tubs/bottles would be ready for reuse.
