• We deliver both in India and internationally, excluding certain areas due to courier limitations. Check delivery availability by entering your pin code or zip code on the Checkout Page.
• Enjoy free shipping on Prepaid orders. This offer is subject to change as per our policies.
• Cash-On-Delivery is available across numerous Indian locations for an extra Rs. 100, in addition to standard shipping fees. COD is not available for international orders.
• Orders are shipped from our Bengaluru warehouse within 24-48 hours. In rare cases, there might be a delay, about which we’ll keep you informed.
• We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, collaborating with trusted logistics partners for secure and speedy delivery.
• While we strive to meet special delivery requests, we cannot guarantee fulfillment by our courier partners.
Domestic Delivery:
• Delivery across India generally takes 3-10 business days. Delays can occur due to various factors, and we appreciate your patience in these instances.

• Your shipment may attract Customs Duty/Import Duty or other governmental taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
• We advise checking local cosmetic regulations before placing an order. • Mysuru Naturals does not bear any responsibility for such duty charges, which are the customer’s liability.
• The shipping charges stated at checkout do not include any potential customs charges.
• Refusal to pay customs charges may lead to parcel retention or destruction, for which Mysuru Naturals bears no responsibility.
• If a returned parcel reaches us, shipping, return duty charges and other applicable fees will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation:
• To cancel your order, please contact us at the given details.
• Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Refusing the parcel upon delivery allows it to be returned, with shipping and return charges deducted from your refund.
• Report any discrepancies in delivery within 72 hours for resolution.
Returns & Refunds:
• Opened or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Report any issues with product quality immediately for resolution.
• Damaged product claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

• Exchanges require products to be in saleable condition and in original packaging.
